Historic Willamette Main Street, in partnership with the Latino Student Union of West Linn High School, will present the 2026 Cinco de Mayo in Willamette Celebration on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Willamette Business District of West Linn.
This yearly community gathering features a small outdoor vendor market, live music, a children’s scavenger hunt, and a photo booth. Local businesses along Willamette Falls Drive will also participate by offering shopping, food, and beverage options throughout the evening.
Vendor Information
Booth Space & Fee Outdoor vendor spaces measure 10' x 10' and are $45 per space, or $85 for two spaces.
Products
All merchandise must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Political or religious organizations and materials are not permitted.
Food Vendors
Hot food vendors will not be accepted, as the event is intended to support nearby restaurants and food establishments in the district.
Electricity
Electrical power will not be available. Vendors should plan to bring battery-powered lighting for evening visibility if needed.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Event Hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Breakdown: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendors may briefly unload near their assigned space before moving their vehicles to nearby side streets in order to preserve parking for visitors.
The vendor market will be located along the cycle track on Willamette Falls Drive between 12th and 15th Streets. Vendors requiring OLCC approval should note this location when submitting applications.
Vendor Applications
Interested vendors may apply by completing the application below. Submissions will be reviewed by the Promotions Committee, and the Program Manager will notify vendors of space availability. Approved vendors will receive a payment link for their invoice.

Suppose you are selling anything consumable (food, drink, etc.). In that case, you must submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Historic Willamette Main Street and the City of West Linn as additional insured.
