Historic Willamette Main Street will host the St. Patrick's Day in Willamette Celebration on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Willamette Business District of West Linn. This annual community event includes a small vendor market, live music, a kids' scavenger hunt, and a photo booth.
Businesses along Willamette Falls Drive will take part by offering shopping, food, and beverages throughout the evening.
Vendor Information
Booth Size & Fee: 10' x 10' outdoor spaces are $45 each, or two spaces for $85
Products: All items must be family-friendly; political or religious booths are not permitted
Food Vendors: Hot food vendors will not be accepted, as the event is designed to support nearby brick-and-mortar restaurants
Electricity: Power is not available; vendors should plan for battery-operated lighting due to evening hours
Setup & Breakdown
Setup: Begins at 2:00 PM and must be completed by 4:00 PM
Takedown: 7:00–8:00 PM
Vendors may unload near their booth, then park on side streets to keep customer parking available
The market will be located along the cycle track on Willamette Falls Drive between 12th and 15th Streets. Vendors needing OLCC approval should take note of this location.
To apply, please complete the vendor application below. Applications will be reviewed by the Promotions Committee, and the Program Manager will confirm space availability. Approved vendors will receive a link to pay for their invoice.
