I agree to release and hold harmless the Wood River Business Alliance, City of Wood River, Wood River Recreation Center, and their employees, board members, volunteers, representatives, and event staff from claims for injury, loss, theft, or property damage arising from my participation in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand that I am responsible for the safety and security of my booth, merchandise, equipment, employees, helpers, and customers, as well as compliance with all applicable laws, licenses, health requirements, facility rules, and event guidelines. I am solely responsible for the products and services I sell or provide.
